Every company should incorporate humanology to their Human Resources department, as human beings are the most fundamental and basic component in their organization. Every manager and director should first and foremost learn how to understand and handle that human component in their work.

Humanology should be at the basis of any other discipline in the world, given that all of them were created and developed to work with or for human beings.

Unless they understand human beings, then, how can they truly work with or for them?

Pedagogically speaking, humanology is a key component in the human puzzle and should be incorporated to every field that has to do with human beings. Thus, it should be included in every educational institution, in every health environment, in all NGOs and every institution at the service of human beings.

A must for any entrepreneur or company owner who needs help when blocked or if wishes to optimize the human component in their companies. It also helps those who are in new or hostile environments.
